Themes we Love: Amalfi Coast

Any time I host a gathering, big or small, there is a theme. Sometimes the theme is obvious and other times, subtle. But, in my opinion, a party is incomplete without a theme or clear, cohesive aesthetic vision. It is the first thing I start with when party planning and the jumping off point from which all other decisions stem.

I stumbled across this theme on Pinterest and it was love at fist sight! The bright blue contrasts so wonderfully with the lemony yellow hues. The vibrant patterns really do seem to transport you to the Italian coast! I also love the pops of green dispersed throughout. This theme is so versatile, too. I envision a summer bridal or baby shower or more casually, a themed dinner party at home. The possibilities are endless!
